Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ARMISTYLE website and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Who We Are

ARMISTYLE is a small, independent Christian clothing brand. We design and sell apparel — including sweatshirts and t-shirts — intended to share faith-based messages through everyday clothing. All references to "we," "us," or "our" mean ARMISTYLE; "you" means the person using our site or purchasing our products.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order on your own behalf. If you are under 18, you may use our site only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your Account

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login information secure and for all activity that happens under your account. Let us know right away at support@armistyle.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

Products, Descriptions & Pricing

We do our best to describe our products accurately, including fabric content, fit, and sizing, but slight variations in color or print placement can occur — especially with garment-dyed or hand-finished pieces. Screen settings may also affect how colors appear.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue styles, or correct pricing and description errors at any time, even after an order has been placed. Prices are listed in USD and do not include applicable sales tax or shipping, which are calculated at checkout.

Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation — this confirms we received your order, not that it's guaranteed to ship. We may cancel or refuse an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or payment problems. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout; we never see or store your full card details.

Promotions & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotions are valid only for the time period and conditions stated when offered, are limited to one per order unless noted otherwise, and cannot be applied retroactively to past orders or combined with other offers unless we say so explicitly.

Shipping & Returns

Shipping timelines, costs, and our return and exchange policy are described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you once an item is handed to the shipping carrier.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to our systems, to scrape or resell our content without permission, or to submit false or misleading information when placing an order.

Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including our logo, product photography, designs, graphics, and written copy — is owned by ARMISTYLE or used under license and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ARMISTYLE and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products, including lost profits or data, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our site and products are provided "as is." While we take care in producing quality garments, we don't guarantee that the site will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that products will meet every expectation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which ARMISTYLE is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or the law. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
